The harvest.

Galatians 6:8-9
And let us not be weary in well doing:for in due season we shall reap, if we
faint not. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men,
especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

I love the New Living Translation (NLT) of verse 8 as it is translated in this way, "Those who live to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the good." For the Light has served it's purpose in me that my actions and therefore my desire is to please Him that called me from my sinful nature. I doing good, the reward is everlasting in Hebrew is 'owlam which can be translated as eternal, the vanishing point where in the effort to please the Spirit we die of our old selves and a new nature/creation becomes my identity In Him.

As stated in the twelveth division of Paul's epistle to the Romans, he pleads, "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world:but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

This is my reasonable service unto God for all He has done for me. Today we took the time to intimately express the cause to which we were purposed to desire after the Will of God for our lives. There is nothing better than to break bread with fellow believers to gain a better appreciation of His awesomeness. Great God you are. Thank you for the opportunity to live In You, this life is far better than the former.

Looking forward to being in worship with Madidi Baptist Church congregation of Pretoria, South Africa under the leadership of Rev. Dorah Maotoe, so much so that I am unable to rest as I am filled with the expectation of the move of the Spirit as we fashion ourselves in service and standing beside one another as the Body of Christ.

A different perspective...life no longer viewed through the same lens.

Luke 12:42-48
And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. Of a truth I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he hath. But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken; The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required:and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.

For I am His manservant preparing for the cause of the advancement of His Kingdom to be used for His Glory. As the context of my former continues to evolve into a new understanding of Him, I am just thankful to submit to His Will as I continue to proclaim; let not my will but Thine Will be done. In all of thine ways will I acknowledge His presence as He directs my paths. For He is my symphony and I desire to be in perfect harmony. Kingdom Builders. Going to get this work.
